Annalise Moran
Tillamook HS
Class of 2026
2025-2026 State President
My name is Annalise Moran. I am a junior at Tillamook High School and have been a part of FNRL since my freshman year. I have held many officer positions at the chapter level, such as sentinel, secretary, and now president this year. I have been sentinel and am an officer at large on the state officer team. What got me into FNRL was when I heard that there was axe throwing. When I went to go check it out, I learned that there was a lot more to FNRL other than just axe throwing. My favorite event is cross cut, I have had that same partner for two years now, and we have grown our skill over the years. Outside of FNRL I am the Parliamentarian of the Tillamook FFA chapter. I also barrel race and show horses through FFA and 4H.
June Lebard
Scio HS
Class of 2028
2025-2026 State Secretary
My name is June LeBard, and I am a freshman at Scio High School. Forestry has always been a part of my life, not just as a personal passion but as a family tradition. My great-grandpa, grandpa, and mom were all loggers, and their experiences have inspired me to follow in their footsteps. I have always loved being in the woods and learning about forestry. Beyond my passion for forestry, leadership has been a significant part of who I am. From a young age, I’ve taken on leadership roles, starting as a team leader in elementary school. In middle school, I served as class president all three years, and now, as a freshman, I continue to lead as both Freshman Class President and an FNRL chapter officer. I love being able to inspire and guide others, and leadership is something I want to continue developing. FNRL combines both of my passions forestry and leadership giving me the opportunity to grow, learn, and contribute to something I truly care about. Serving as a state officer would allow me to expand my knowledge, connect with others in the industry, and make a lasting impact on the future of forestry.

Yoncalla HS
Class of 2026
2025-2026 State Social Media
I guess you could say I've always grown up around forestry and i want to give others that chance too. In ten years, I want my own classroom, teaching kids about forestry and agriculture. My goal in life is to help teach kids to help themselves, and I feel like that can start when i'm in school. One thing about me is I love public speaking and or informing the people in general, but about forestry and life science in particular. I see FNRL as a place that I can use my skills. FNRL has also provided me with the opportunity to learn more about natural resources and also challenge myself with new information and competition, in order to share this new information.
