The Board of Forestry passed the controversial HCP (Habitat Conservation Plan) in March. This has followed a long battle by the communities and businesses that will be drastically affected by this plan. Below there are several articles and websites with information on the plan. The written expression topic is the plan. Whether it is good or bad and your argument for or against.
The written expression will be submitted either by sharing to the written expression Google Drive or emailing to the address writtenexpression@oregonfnrl.org
